ORMOND BEACH — With independently-owned salons expanding and opening on West Granada Boulevard recently, the search for a new salon just got easier in Northeast Volusia.
Seeing similar growth of the salon industry nationwide, area experts and economists say the resurgence in salons is another sign in the larger economic recovery.
