Every so often you have to take a mental P.I.M.P test. It will make or break your career. Its easy to point the finger and see how others are failing the P.I.M.P test, but its so easy to take a break and say its not that important today. When you look at the stylist or barber that's working next to you and they are losing clients on the regular.
It may be that they have failed the P.I.M.P TEST!

The Hair Industry has changed over the last decade.
Across the United States Independent Barbers and Stylists are losing revenue due to poor day to day operational management. 812112 Management Group research has shown that most barbers and stylist leave school without a clear plan to achieve the level of success that is required to meet living obligations and cover business expenses.
Beauty Salons are now Salon Spas, Medical Spas, Day Spas, and Nail Spas. The days of offering just hair services are long gone if you want to stay in business. Profit margins have decreased and staff turnovers have increased, causing a series of salon closures and staffs walk outs across the nation.
